Our Attorneys Michael M. Amir is
the co-founder of Doll Amir & Eley LLP. Mr. Amir is an experienced
trial lawyer whom clients retain to litigate and try their most important
cases, from high-stakes employment matters to federal white collar
criminal defense. Hunter R. Eley, Managing
Partner of DA&E, practices business and entertainment litigation,
and has successfully tried cases in California and Virginia. Most recently,
Mr. Eley was part of a trial team that obtained a complete defense verdict
in favor of a Silicon Valley software company in an employment retaliation
lawsuit. Mary Tesh Glarum practices
general business litigation, with a particular focus on employment law.
Ms. Glarum is Chairperson of the firm’s employment law practice. She
routinely advises corporate clients on a wide variety of day-to-day employment
issues. Dina Doll is a corporate transactional attorney. She has represented clients in a diverse range of industries in transactions involving fund and company formations, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other securities issues. Ronald M. St. Marie practices business litigation, with a particular focus on intellectual property rights (including trademarks, copyrights, patents and trade secrets), real estate disputes and corporate compliance. Hemmy So practices general business litigation, including intellectual property and entertainment law. Ms. So has worked for a wide variety of clients including a major cable television production house, high-end fashion designer and individual financial advisors at major banks. Jason B. Baim Jason B. Baim
has broad-based commercial and general business litigation experience in
state and federal courts, having represented financial institutions, issuers,
and directors and officers in securities class actions, corporate governance
matters, and other complex business disputes Amy Borlund practices in the areas of entertainment, general
business litigation, commercial litigation, intellectual property and entity
formation and governance. Ms. Borlund has worked for a wide variety of
clients, ranging from international corporations to nonprofit corporations
to individuals. Connie Tcheng's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Her litigation experience includes the fields of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, and ITC Section 337 litigation, securities law, including accountant liability litigation, employment law and complex commercial law, including class action litigation. Chelsea Hamill has worked for Doll Amir & Eley LLP in various capacities since its inception in 2005. Throughout her experience with the firm, Chelsea has been involved in many of DAE’s biggest cases and has taken on many responsibilities, including trial preparation for two cases: a federal matter involving an insurance fraud dispute and a California trade secret case. L.Katie Fulsher has been with Doll Amir & Eley, LLP since 2009 and practices general business litigation, with a particular focus on intellectual property matters and entertainment law. Ms. Fulsher has successfully represented clients in state and federal actions involving issues of copyright infringement, breach of contract, employment law and intellectual property rights, including film and software rights. |
