Attorney Profile
Ms. Fulsher has been with Doll Amir & Eley, LLP since 2009 and practices general business litigation, with a particular focus on intellectual property matters and entertainment law. Ms. Fulsher has successfully represented clients in state and federal actions involving issues of copyright infringement, breach of contract, employment law and intellectual property rights, including film and software rights.

While earning her juris doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Ms. Fulsher clerked for a number of litigation firms, gaining practical, hands-on experience in the litigation process from inception through trial. Ms. Fulsher graduated cum laude from the University of Oregon in 2003, earning a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in History. In the interim, Ms. Fulsher devoted a year to national service with AmeriCorps VISTA , implementing programs to encourage entrepreneurs to launch small businesses in rural and economically disadvantaged parts of Oregon. Ms. Fulsher is a classically trained dancer and an avid supporter of the performing arts.
