Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Jane L. Johnson granted DAE’s motion to dismiss multiple complex cases that had been coordinated into a single proceeding in the case entitled Prime Healthcare Cases, Judicial Council Coordination Proceeding No. JCCP 4619.  DAE Attorneys Michael Amir, Mary Glarum and Lloyd Vu were part of the trial team.
